The room was cozy and had all we needed, like a TV, comfy bed, and air conditioning. It felt like a nice retreat after a long day out exploring.
The bathroom could use some updating, but it didn't bother us too much.

The room was clean and tidy, with hot drink making services. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals, including an amazing curry and great breakfast. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Its proximity to a popular safari park was convenient for our visit.
The steps to the carpark were dangerously slippery when wet. Lack of accommodations for disabled guests limited accessibility.

Great food and welcoming staff, but cleanliness could be improved
there were noticeable cleanliness issues in the room, such as mold in the showers and poorly maintained amenities. If the cleaning standards were improved, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
